APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION:

To ensure an efficient session, the following instructions are necessary to adhere
- Make sure that your session will be conducted through your laptop or desktop. Furthermore, use your headphone so the voice will be clear.
- It is highly recommended that you are in a private, quiet, and comfortable place without distraction.
- Make sure to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated.
- If you are using any mood-altering substances or suffering from addiction, make sure that you are not taking and using any drugs or alcohol at least 24 hours before the session or the session can’t be conducted.

APPOINTMENT PREPARATION:

The client must confirm by making payment before the session. Hence, the session will only be booked upon sending a copy of payment via WhatsApp or Paypal.

Please note that some clients take more time than the actual time. If the session takes more time than previously agreed, which is 90 minutes for the first session and 1 hour for the follow-up session, there will be an extra fee based on the time consumed. An additional 30 minutes of an initially 1-hour appointment will be 900 instead of 640 SR. Therefore, an extra hour will be 1,100 SR

EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT:

If you would like to book a same-day emergency appointment or on the weekend, the fee will be 1,100 SR However, your appointment will be confirmed according to the availability.

RESCHEDULE / CANCELLATION:

If you want to reschedule your session, do this within 48 hours or at least 24 hours before your appointment. If the appointment is confirmed, and there's a same-day cancellation without proof of an emergency and an inability to reschedule or no show, there will be a cancellation fee of 500 SR. I have a strict policy because the work I do is life-changing, and time is valuable and could've been spent towards assisting another client.

If I have an urgency and need to reschedule the appointment for any reason, I will contact you ASAP to provide you with the next available appointment.
